Who should act in my most awesomest masterpiece?

So in directing with Chris Richards-Scully today we watched some scenes from another Ridley Scott film, one I haven't seen, "Kingdom of Heaven" written by that guy who wrote the Departed, or rather adapted it from a Japanese film and won an Oscar for it....yeah that guy... and we watched Ridley rehears with his actors and talk about casting his movie on the DVD special edition.

So he seems to be very relaxed and laid back when rehearsing, he is a man of few words, but those words count. To me that is what a good director should be. Not this loud mouth with a  mega phone, sorry Michael Bay, I do wish you all the best with your up and coming update of "The Ninja Turtles". He/she should be calm and be ready to help the actors out as much as they can, because contrary to popular belief acting is a very hard job and your pretty much putting everything out there for the world to see. Good acting is rare and when its there its good and that will be partly due to the directors....direction if you will.

Now excuse me, its 12: 55, after drinking an Ice coffee I wont be able to sleep for a while but I'm going to try.
